listening and confidentiality

Because sometimes we need a listening ear, the CoopMutActrice offers a volunteer listening service. This space aims to help the person seeking support to clarify a relational difficulty related to their life in a collective.
The framework of this listening service ensures confidentiality.

Format
What can be explored during this session:
-
Becoming aware and bringing clarity to emotions: what am I experiencing? What is difficult for me?
-
What nourishes my motivation to stay in the place and navigate the conflict? Is there joy? What part of the space makes me want to restore or resolve things?
-
What is my sovereignty? What is within my power? What can I influence?
If you feel the need to be heard:
-
Send an email requesting an appointment.
-
A listener from the team, external to the place or group, will contact you to arrange a session, either remotely or in person.
