Our actions
To accompany you on your journey towards the realization of your housing co-op
We provide you with key insights to start your collective project with confidence: a clear framework, concrete tools, and technical support—easing your mental load.
We support emerging projects in establishing a shared language and structuring a path toward long-term anchorage. LPS Academy acts as a true nursery: when the wind gets too strong, we help adjust the course.
You take ownership of the tools: we provide a safety net while you move forward at your own pace. The collective takes root, gains autonomy, and becomes a living project capable of evolving over time.
Draw on the experiences around you and find original solutions to real-world challenges—you are no longer alone on the path. When the time is right, you can help other groups take their first steps.

"Clarity in the vision of cooperation and the sense of implementing it on a legal and financial level. A network and expert advice on crucial technical points."
Michael
Aérium
"Fantastic help regarding the legal structure and, above all, a beginning of understanding the relational and human issues that underlie the life of a collective."
Cécile
La ferme de Rangarnaud
"We started with values, from way up high, in a creative, almost spiritual process. And then we descended into the concrete and little by little, we arrived drafting our internal regulations and statutes. We could have taken any statute from the internet, but it would not have been confronted with (and made stronger by) our specific difficulties and enriched by all you brought us. And that is truly precious."
Pascal
Projet Kironia
"Les Pas-Sages brought us group cohesion, maintaining our mobilization during a period of 'slowdown'."
Marion
Transalpin.es
"I don't know how we would have managed without them... In terms of mediation and legal expertise."
Françoise
Hameau des Buis
"First, help to overcome our fears: yes, setting up a legal structure was within our reach. Then the technical means to do it and finally a collection of useful experiences to go faster while avoiding errors!”
Maison de Rochebelle
"A straightforward view of risks with safety nets and good support for the sustainability of the project "
