Ingénieur professionnel de la construction, Bastien a exercé pendant huit ans en Île-de-France dans l’industrie immobilière, où il a développé une expertise en gestion de projets complexes. En 2022, il réoriente son activité vers la création d’habitats et de lieux d’activité plus durables et équitables. Habitant du Héder, un habitat participatif au sud de Quimperlé, il est également facilitateur en gouvernance partagée, formé à l’Université du Nous.

Architecte-urbaniste de formation, Ingrid Avot a dirigé pendant dix ans des projets urbains à l’agence Nicolas Michelin avant de créer A-Tipic en 2012, dédiée à l’accompagnement d’habitats participatifs en Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Forte d’une double expertise professionnelle et d’usage, acquise notamment au sein du projet UNISSON à Montreuil (93), qu’elle a initié et accompagné , elle intervient en AMO et AMU, en lien avec un réseau de partenaires, et est membre du RAHP.

Architecte engagée depuis 2002, elle a consacré dix ans au Québec à des projets d’habitat participatif, une expérience fondatrice centrée sur la place des usagers dans le processus de conception. De retour en France, elle intervient également au sein du groupement ACAtryo, pour croiser compétences et expériences, et faciliter les dynamiques de groupe, la co-programmation, la co-conception architecturale et la gouvernance, en lien étroit avec les usagers et les professionnels.

Engagée depuis plusieurs années dans l'animation du réseau local de l’habitat participatif (HPN) et heureuse habitant d'un projet à côté de Caen, j’accompagne les groupes d’habitant·es à prendre pleinement leur place comme pilotes de leur projet, collectif et immobilier. Mon objectif : soutenir l’émergence d’habitats participatifs et expérimenter des méthodes de conception intégrant le collectif dès l’origine, pour construire des lieux de vie gérés collectivement dans la joie, la convivialité et la solidarité.
