Tailor-made responses to adapt mechanisms to the specific needs of groups
Improvement in relational skills.
(Experimentation of governance tools. Development of knowledge necessary for Cooperation: cooperation at all levels.)

Collective made up of at least 3 people
Be a member of the Les Pas-Sages association.

Individually with a person accompanying the Pas-Sages

8 WORKSHOPS EXPERIMENTING COOPERANCE
Multi-collective - 8/10 people
5 tool practice workshops to make them your own:
4 Management of decision-making by consent without veto (GPC)
1 election without candidates
3 group practice workshops on the skills needed by the collective; listening, expression of feelings...:
2 human circles; spaces for sharing emotions, fears and needs
1 co-deploy; collective support space for a case carrier.

24 videoconferences of 2 hours in 24 months with a person accompanying Pas-Sages:
