The CoopMutActrice (CMA) is a collective interest cooperative.
It brings together participatory housing projects, ecovillages, and committed individuals to mutualize their resources, support each other over the long term, and nurture ecological, solidarity-based, and non-speculative projects.

CoopMutActrice was founded in 2024 following the Pas-Sages Festival through the collectives' desire to help each other and pool their talents.

  • Facilitate housing accessibility for senior citizens and elders

  • Ensure food security

  • Group purchasing for participatory housing projects

  • Grocery products that may be linked to food security initiatives

  • Services: accounting, insurance, banking, IT…

  • Distribution of products, workshops, and services created within the cooperative community

  • Support in dealing with relational difficulties

  • Prevention and easing of tensions

  • Support for expression, clarity, and individual responsibility

  • Contribution to a cooperative culture of dialogue and care

  • Mutualize financial energy

  • Analyze requests and issue an opinion before submission to the Board

  • Establish the model and adaptation of Shareholder Current Accounts within projects

  • Decide on contribution amounts and placement durations

  • Mutualization of reserves

  • Bank guarantees for loans for participatory housing projects

Why did I agree to join the CMA Presidency?
