FIRST STEP: The CCA contribution agreement
(Associates Current Account)

  • The contract between the cooperative and the partners

  • Contributions and reimbursements of associates

  • Commitments and guarantees provided to partners

  • Impact of inflation on the project

  • Possibility of indexation and its consequences on rents

  • Additional Monthly Savings (EMC)

  • Loan or solidarity contributors.

SECOND STEP: Deepening financial mechanisms

  • Advantages and disadvantages of bank credit.

  • Composition of monthly payments to be paid to the SAS Cooperative

  • Basic notions of accounting: the income statement and cash flow

  • Practical case of an eco-place: determination of rents

  • Importance and operation of the reserve fund

  • Possibilities of exchanges without currency

  • The dynamics of contributors: how to bring them in and reassure them.
